Often, choosing the right logo for a project, product or organization is an important element both in the external branding and communication and in the internal identity building.
We believe this to be true in our case as well. Below follow some considerations.
We need to be careful not to confuse our target audiences with too many acronyms and logos
- We already have a well-established community logo:
We can choose either to: 1) simply use this, or 2) somehow refer to it, or 3) go completely clean slate
- Our project is funded under the EOSC umbrella. We could try signal this with the logo
An important consideration is what to use in our communication/branding/outreach, a project logo or one of various product logos?
One product is ScienceMesh - which will be initated by the project and a major outcome, but doesn't have a logo yet
